With a background spanning government, homeland security, telecommunications, education, and sales, H2H’s Chief Financial & Compliance Officer, Brian Hesch, brings an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic to everything he does.

As a licensed insurance broker and financial coach, Brian played a key role in building the foundation of H2H Enrollments, helping thousands of individuals and families each year protect and grow their wealth.

His experience in agency development has shaped a deep understanding of the industry, including training, payroll, human resources, systems development and implementation, and various information technology disciplines.

Brian is known as H2H’s resident overachiever, a reputation backed by his early achievements as an eighth-grade Student of the Year and high school valedictorian. He has a passion for Excel and a curiosity for electrical engineering, and outside of work, he is both an accomplished marathon runner and drummer.
