As Senior Director of Finance & Compliance at H2H Enrollments, Alee’s journey reflects both her dedication and the company’s commitment to internal growth. She began her career at H2H as a Client Services Representative and has since advanced through the organization, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business along the way.

Alee holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Hospitality Management, a foundation that shapes her people-first approach to finance and operations. She has further strengthened her expertise through continued training in Excel, accounting, and finance.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Alee plays a key role in supporting H2H’s financial integrity and compliance initiatives.

Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to her two sons. Whether spending time outdoors or enjoying small family traditions, they remain her greatest source of motivation and inspiration.
